WHEAT BRAN

It is obtained as a by-product during the production of wheat flour and it is comprised of the external scab of the wheat grain. Due to the scab’s digestibility at a high rate, it plays an important role in the feeding of ruminants. Because of the nutrients the what scab contains, it eases dense feeds and provides flavor and due to its laxative effect, it is used in various rate in rations of all animals.
