A well-established group founded by the effort of Suat Çiftçi, specialised in construction and contracting.
The foundations of ÇİFTÇİOĞLU GROUP were laid with the determination, hard work and honesty of Suat Çiftçi, who entered trade in 2000. In 2006 he combined this experience under a corporate roof and set the course in construction and contracting.
Today we operate in residential, commercial, turnkey, renovation and contracting works. In every project we uphold the same understanding of quality, trust and customer satisfaction, seeing our work as the fulfilment of our word.

When I set out on this path I had neither great capital nor a ready-made setup — only my belief in honesty and the conviction that “one’s word is a bond.” For years I worked from dawn to dusk, through rain and cold, putting my own hands and hard work into every single stone. Since my first step in 2000, one thing has never changed: placing my customers’ trust above all else. In construction and contracting, I work not for short-term gain but to build lasting relationships and enduring works.
